I'm Isadora (born and raised in Brazil, sharpened by Milan, invited and currently in Barcelona).
Seventeen years ago I started in packaging design for global pharmaceutical brands, where a single misplaced detail could halt a product in 70 countries. That taught me precision. Since then I've co-founded a design studio, earned a double master's in Product-Service System Design and Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, consulted across Europe and the Americas, and most recently moved into AI and automation — designing products and the go-to-market work that brings them to market.
What ties it together is range. I've worked inside rigid multinational structures and scrappy remote startups, with shop-floor operators and C-level executives. I adjust my register without losing the thread. I'm fluent in Portuguese, English, and I can hold my own in Spanish and Italian.
I'm drawn to complex, technical products that deserve to be understood to be communicated, and I like making that happen.
