Brand system and go-to-market collateral for an API-economy startup — from strategy to the decks that sold it.



Problem
A digital-transformation consultancy needed to reposition itself in the API economy — but its story was abstract, technical, and hard to sell. The brand didn't match the ambition.
Approach
I co-developed the rebranding strategy and built the visual system from the ground up: logo, typography, color, and a flexible toolkit for decks and collateral. I facilitated remote co-design workshops to turn fuzzy ideas into tangible guidelines, then produced the customer-facing materials the sales team actually used — including assets for an affiliated API coaching platform.
Outcome
A coherent brand and a repeatable collateral system that let a technical company finally sound as sharp as it was. The kind of work this role is made of.
